Pre-construction Survey

I confirm that

(a) I will give a copy of the pre-construction survey to each owner of neighbouring
properties when it is ready, but before work commences on site. Each owner will be
given the portion of the survey which is relevant to his property.

(b) A complete set of the survey will be kept at site.

Notification to BCA of commencement of piling / excavation works

I will inform BCA of the date of commencement of piling / excavation works at least one
week in advance using the reply slip (Annex A2).
