EVENT OPENING HOURS
As the 4th Baby and Family Expo Summer Edition is nearing; MEDIACOM SOLUTIONS INC. has
prepared this Exhibition Manual containing extensive event and venue information, regulations and
instructions to help you plan a smooth and successful exhibition.
Exhibitors are kindly requested to read this manual carefully and thoroughly to be familiar with the
preparations, programs and policies of the 4th Baby and Family Expo Summer Edition.
While every effort will be made to maintain the procedures and rates quoted in this manual, these
may vary in accordance with changes, fluctuations and unforeseen events which may be beyond the
control of MEDIACOM SOLUTIONS INC.
This Manual is not designed to replace our personal service. Our management team will be available to
address inquiries, clarify procedures and assist you throughout the expo planning and duration. Please

EXHIBITION PROFILE
Now on our 4th year, we are proud to present the 4th Baby & Family Expo Philippines Summer
Edition, to be held on March 12-13, 2016 at the Megatrade Hall 2, 5th Floor, Mega B, SM Megamall,
Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
It is going to be bigger and better, with over 100 exhibiting brands in 1,600sqm exhibit space and over
18,000 expected visitors.
The Baby & Family Expo Philippine (BFEP) is the largest consumer tradeshow for Baby, Kids,
Pregnancy, Parenting & Family Products and Services, as well as the biggest family event dedicated to
nurture family development and childcare in the country.
BFEP is the perfect place to find the best products and services for your baby and your growing family.
This event is field with fun activities, entertainment, seminars, cartoon special appearances,

Firearms or deadly weapons are not allowed inside the event
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or to request any person to leave the
event, if the person does not follow the rules or regulation of the event or house rules of the
venue. This applies also during the ingress and egress period.
CHECKLIST OF REQUIREMENTS
All forms need to be submitted by March 1, 2016. Forms may be submitted via e-mail, by postal
courier or personally during the Exhibitors Briefing.
EXHIBITORs FORM:
1. Exhibitors must complete construction, decoration during ingress and disassembly during
egress by the date and time stipulated by the ORGANIZER. Completely or partially clearing of
the stand before the end of the exhibition is strictly prohibited.
2. Exhibitors must accomplish the EXHIBITOR FORM #2 as clearance for items and equipment
to be brought in and out of the exhibit. The ORGANIZER will not be held liable for any loss or
damage that may occur during ingress, event proper and egress.
3. Accredited freight forwarders and/or exhibitors must first seek permission to operate lifting
equipment within and around the exhibition halls.
4. The ORGANIZER will not accept or receive delivered goods on behalf of any exhibitor or be
responsible for the safekeeping of such items after delivery.
5. No product can be moved in or out during the event operating hours. If products have to be
carried in, it should be done prior to event opening or after event closing.
