    Following are the points discussed :

    1. Quality must be ensured by production and QC department.


    2. Effective communication and coordination to be maintained b/w QC & production department
    and HODs should meet ,discuss concerning to quality of product & should take remedial action
    against inferior quality.
    3. Over burning to be avoided and a chart to be prepared by all HODs regarding the various
    parameters of process & QC which clearly indicates the standard ,max, min value needed to be
    maintained.
    4. Common shift schedule to all department to be made.
