The left column shows keyboard shortcuts and the right column shows the
corresponding action. Menu commands are capitalized and other types of actions are
in lower case. The letter following Ctrl or Shift+Ctrl is not case sensitive. Note
that some the listed shortcuts may not apply if you have changed them.
