that it will exist, if it does not, there
is no contract
The object is a future thing.
The sale of a mere hope or
expectancy that is a thing will come
to existence, sale of the hope itself
The sale is effective even if the
thing do not come to existence,
unless it is a vain hope.
The object is a present thing which
is the hope or expectancy.

Kinds of goods:
1. Existing goods goods that are owned by the seller
2. Future goods goods that are to be manufactured, raised and
acquired by the seller after the perfection of the contract of sale.
