Respected sir,

We, the members of G.A.C (GITAM Automotive club) from GITAM University, put
forth our zeal and aspirations before you with an underlying thought of creating value to
society.

This year, our team is in a process of designing and fabricating an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV)
and representing our university in a national level competition, Enduro Student India (ESI)
2018.

Our efforts to bring the project to fruition cant take effect unless we have the right financial
support.

Through our strong commitment, we raised a certain amount ourselves, but it only served us
to register for event & to procure some materials and tools. The fabrication process of our
ATV is at very beginning & going to be completed by the end of October. Now we are
lacking behind financial strength for further progress to fabricate the ATV to reach the
deadlines of the competition and seeking support from your prestigious company.
