The Duke University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical
education for physicians. The Duke University School of Medicine designates this educational activity for a maximum of l.5 Category I credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should
claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity. The purpose of the Conference is to enhance the physicians ability to treat patients. It is free from commercial support. DUMC takes responsibility for
the content, quality and scientific integrity of this CME activity. Faculty, Physician Assistants, and Area Orthopaedists are eligible to receive CME credits for this activity; however, they must sign-in on the attendance
