Heroic Corp. is a company which is owned by six people who are Gerbland Kryll
Benzon, Rexie Cortez, JenMark Pelaez, Jaira Espenola, Lorena Dela Cruz and Sheena Lopez.
This corporation aims to sustain some needs and wants of every costumer. The main purpose of
this company is to gain profit and expand its company name and be one of the globally
competitive companies. This company offers different services with affordable prices. It also
maintains its quality products and innovation to be updated to the trends of the world.
This corporation offers different varieties of services such as gasoline station, computer
shop, convenient store and a car care center. This is an all in one station which a customer will
ever experience. This will also sustain the needs of any customer with affordable prices and
worth it services. The customer will achieve the top class services, high quality equipment and
materials and the satisfactory of their fleshs desire.
The location of our company is in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur because it is accessible and it is
along the highway where they can gas up,buy drinks and foods through their travel. There are
also lots of vehicles that pass by which more customers are in need in this kind of business. The
location is also a good spot for our corporation. This is because our location is a good place, the
other business to compete with is far from ours, and the people living nearby can possibly being
our loyal customers.
Our Services
Heroic Corporation sells three variations of fuel, the diesel, premium and the regular
unleaded variety. Additionally, the company will have a convenient store which offers some
needs of customers especially foods and accessories, a computer shop that gives fast internet
with affordable prices and a car care center that serves services to the customers who are in need
of repairs for their vehicles.
The Market
Heroic Corporation focuses on both local population and tourists who visit the
tourist spots in the Northern Luzon. The Company has a designed its station and its
product selection that fits the needs of all the segments in the services.
Objectives
The main objectives of Heroic Corporation are:
1. To expand Heroic Corporation franchise nationwide.

2. Open a Heroic Corporation franchise that supplements sales when gas sales or
margins are affected in our country.
3. Achieve sales of at least 2.5 Million Pesos in one year.

Vision
The Heroic Corporation is visualized to be one of the competent companies in the world
and is known for its outstanding services and product qualities.
Mission
The aim of Heroic Corporation is to provide the best service of a gas station, computer
shop, a restaurant and a car care center that commits the satisfaction of the customers. This
company provides a one-stop-shop station for every customer. The company is setting out to
distinguish itself from other service stations by combining gas station concept, computer shop, a
convenient store and a car care center all in one. Quality goods and service is the priority at
Heroic Corporation. Updated and state of art facilities also give both the employees and
customers a pleasant environment that is eco-friendly and costs saving. The rewards for this are
better pricing and higher wages.

The products can be classified into the main revenue streams they be grouped under.

Fuel Products
Heroic Corporation carries four types of fuel, unleaded, regular, diesel, and premium.
The fuel products are being supplied from our partner supplier which provides us high
quality of gas that passes the quality control.

Convenience Store Products


One of the goals of Heroic Corporation is to provide some needs and wants of our
customers so this company provides different foods and drinks which suits the taste of our
customers.

The company is the only service station with a Car Care Center within the area. This type
of combinations attracts more customers that help the company sales. The Car Care Center offers
repairs for vehicles with expert mechanics that are expert in repairing vehicles. The company
also ensures that every customer feels how careful our company cares their vehicles.

V. Sales Strategy

The sales strategy is to build and open new locations in order to increase revenue.
However, this plan will be implemented when the one "market tester" outlet showed potential
growth. As each individual location will continue to build its local customer base over the first
three years of operation, the goal of each store is Php 2,000,000 in annual sales, with the original
flagship store expected to earn almost Php 2,500,000 per year.

Sales Forecast

The Heroic Company anticipates the highest peak on the months of March to April in our
sales forecast, due to the summer seasons. In the month of March to April is the time where most
of the tourists and vacationers visit the Northern Luzon and this might be the time where it could
sell more of its products from fuel, convenient store and other services. This might also be the
time where the company anticipates more tourists coming from the South; this explains the
jumped of sales in these last three months of the year. The expected income for the company to
earn is Php 306, 000 in year one, Php 405, 216 in year two and Php 595, 056 in the third year.
