Salt to taste
Take 2 tbsp oil in the oil and add in 3 chopped onions in it. Take out the onion
and add in chicken pieces, with some salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp
turmeric. Mix onion with yogurt and when the water of the chicken dries add in
yogurt, onion, tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp red chili and 1 tbsp coriander
seeds. Cook it on the low flame. Add in crushed 4 small cardamom and 1 tsp
white cumin and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
Chicken Chennal
rind poppy seeds, garlic cloves, ginger, red chilies, whole black pepper, green
chilies, onions and coriander powder all together.
Take chicken in wok add turmeric and alt and cook till it dries.
When the water dries out completely add chopped tomatoes, grinded masala,
and cup oil and fry well.
In the end add chopped coriander, lemon juice of 2 lemons, chopped ginger
and green chilies.
Serve hot with Naan.
