    SIR:
    We are pleased to submit our proposal for your consideration and acceptance on the
    above-mentioned subject.

    ITEM I : One (1) unit 3.0hp MITSUBISHI Wall Mounted Type Inverter 220
    volts 1 phase 60 hz with 410A refrigerant.
    Sub-Total CostP 69,600.00

    ITEM II : One (1) lot installation cost which includes labor, materials, and
    supervision for the mechanical piping and accessories.
    Sub-Total Cost..P 15,000.00

    TOTAL COST......P 84,600.00

    PESOS : EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ONLY

    TERMS OF PAYMENT: Fifty (50%) percent upon acceptance


    Fifty (50%) percent after Fifteen (15) days upon completion

    NOTE : Restoration of which the pipes will pass should be for the owners account.

    WARRANTY : One (1) year on the compressor


    PERIOD : One (1) year on workmanship
