Well, I called because I do think that you are a perfect fit for the opportunity that we offer.
CrewBloom is an outsourcing company looking for innovative companies such as yours to

exceptional talents just waiting to be placed by a

course American, but it didnt take me long to get adjusted.

1. We track their productivity with HiveDesk, we track their payroll through it, and this is how we
base how much we invoice the client.
2. As far as commissions and bonuses go, we communicate how much commissions they have.

j. How do they make their calls?

A lot of our clients are using telecommunication platforms such as RC and Salesforce CRM
<HubSpot (database that tracks leads)>.
We are also equipped with headsets, so we dont necessarily use hard phones, so we use
softphones along with our headphones and that works perfectly.
