facilitate and conduct the two week, fully paid training program.
We just make sure that the outline of the training is prepared, and if you have any materials that
you can send over to us, we would recommend that as well so we can send them out to the
contractors for them to prepare and study at least one week before the start of the training.

o Most of our clients have worked with Webex because they find it very efficient.
o Ex. Cisco Conference platform (virtually connect you with others, common platforms
used for conferences), WebEx platform, Citrix, It really depends on your preference.

g. Timezone difference
VEEM:
1. We track their productivity with HiveDesk, we track their payroll through it, and this is how we
base how much we invoice the client.
2. As far as commissions and bonuses go, we communicate how much commissions they have.
A lot of our clients are using telecommunication platforms such as RC and Salesforce CRM
<HubSpot (database that tracks leads)>.
We are also equipped with headsets, so we dont necessarily use hard phones, so we use
softphones along with our headphones and that works perfectly.
