    Subject: Submission of Cash Transaction Report

    We refer to your letter Ref. FIC/01/h-13/320/06 dated Feb 18/2014 instructing us to


    report Suspicious and cash Transaction.

    In line with this, we have prepared Cash Transaction Report for the week from to Jan.
    16 21, 2017 encompassing cash transactions with minimum of Birr 300,000 or USD
    15,000 or equivalent foreign currency value of our bank. This report includes
    transactions made in all of our branches. Hence, a soft copy of the report is attached
    herewith.
