The Online Registration Form for AIIMS, MBBS Entrance Examination -2016 is
tentatively going to live in the last week of January, 2016.

This year following changes are proposed in the Registration Form. Hence, aspirants
are advised to get acquainted with the changes so that while filling the online
Registration Form they may be well versed with new processes.

b. The dimension of Signature must be 6x3 cms. (width*height).
c. It should not be blurred while enlarging it.
d. Draw a box having size 6x3 cms (width*height)on a plain
white sheet and put the signature inside the box and then
scan the signed area on 200 dpi. Scan the area having
signature only not the whole sheet.

To upload "Signature.jpg"

a. Draw a box with dimension of 6*3 cms. (widthxheight).

b. Put signature inside the box .
c. Choose file Button right to the signature

d. Select the Scanned "Signature.jpg" file from saved
location and click "Open" Button.

THUMB IMPRESSION

a. Thumb Impression should be with white background.

b. The dimension of Thumb Impression must be 4*3cms.
(width*height)
c. It should not be blurred while enlarging it.

To upload "Left Thumb Impression.jpg"

a. Take a good quality stamp pad.

b. Put gently your left thumb and role lightly and take a
print on a white paper horizontally as shown in the
picture below.

d. Select the Scanned "Left Thumb Impression.jpg" file from
saved location and click "Open" Button
