Birth and Early Childhood

Paragraph 1:
A. When and where were you born? Name the city, hospital and date of your birth.
B. Add any interesting details that happened around your birth that have been told to you.
C. Where did you live when you were born?

Paragraph 2:
A. When did you get your first tooth?
B. What was the first word you said?
C. What was your favorite toy when you were younger?

Paragraph 3:
A. What were some of the fun things you did when you were younger?
B. From ages 1-6 what memories do you have that you could share?
C. Describe a favorite birthday party.

Paragraph 4:
A. Describe getting your first pet.
B. What was it like? How did you feel?
C. Describe the pet.
D. What did you do with the pet?
E. How did you name it?
F. How long did it live and what were some fun memories of your pet.

Paragraph 5:
A. Describe one favorite memory you have from the time period from ages 1-6.

At the end of this chapter, add your All about Me poem, I Remember poem or your Name poem.
