es Knight Frank 1) All Knight Frank’s (KF) staff will conduct themselves in a professional manner in respect of their clients, and those referred to them by other members of the Knight Frank Group. Code of Conduct Ref: OM/1 2) If areas of possible conflicting interest arise between the KF’s staff and a client, these must be revealed to the client in writing. 3) Where there is a potential arca of conflicting interest between one client and another, this must be revealed to both clients. 4) No fee should be quoted without adequate information being available upon which the quote can be based. 5) Client's moneys should be kept in a separate bank account from those of the Company. For example, for property management clients, rents received from clients should be separated from service charge payments received. 6) It shall be incumbent on every KF's staff to reveal to clients or other interested parties that they are employed by the Company. 7) No members of the KF’s staff acquire for themselves or for connected parties (family or other members) property upon which the Company has been instructed as selling or letting agent. 8) Where a property is being bought, sold or let on behalf of a member of the KF’s staff, that fact shall be revealed to all interested parties. 9) No member of the KF's staff shall develop or deal in any property on his or her own behalf or for any member of his or her family (other than their own residential home) without the prior consent of the Company. 10) No member of the KF's staff shall engage in inaccurate or misleading publicity about the Company Property Services or about themselves. 11)No employee of the Company shall disclose personal information about the KF’s clients. 12)No member of the KF’s staff shall disclose confidential information about any member of the Knight Frank Group or Alliance Partners to third parties. 13) Members of the KF’s staff shall not conduct themselves in any way which might bring, the Company or the licensed Knight Frank Insignia into dispute. 14) All members of the KF’s staff shall undertake to be diligent in their duties and adhere to the laws of Malaysia,
