British Council is committed to ensuring that it offers the best possible standards for its clients in terms of the examination
facilities provided.

Invigilators can play an important role in making students feel at ease by being helpful. They also have to be committed,
honest and adhere to the rules of the British Council Examinations Services and the examining bodies whose examinations
they are conducting.

It is the responsibility of the invigilators that the integrity of the examination is maintained at all times.
No invigilator is allowed to conduct examinations for any candidates previously taught by him/her.
Invigilators must give complete attention to the proper conduct of the examination and must not perform any additional task
in the examination room.

Invigilators will be paid per invigilating hour as follows:

senior invigilator:
- 42,00 kn nett
junior invigilator:
- 32,00 kn nett

Payment is nett.
Payment is usually within 30 days after completion of the last examination.

Invigilator Agreement

I have read and understood Instructions for Invigilators and Invigilator's Job Description and Code of Practice and
am aware that I shall be required to conduct examinations in accordance with British Council and
relevant examination board rules and regulations.
I am aware that my performance will be monitored against an objective set of criteria and that my future employment is
dependent on the results of the monitoring.
I understand that the British Council reserves the right to disqualify invigilators who fail to abide by the examination
regulations, cheat or undertake fraudlent actions.
