This year you will create an ePortfolio exemplifying your achievements as a student.
Your portfolio will introduce yourself as a learner, showcase examples of your work, and
include written reflections, and goals for your future. Your ePortfolio may be created
using Weebly or Google Sites and will include the following 6 categories: About Me,
Reading, Writing, Math, Projects, and Goals (see below for details for each category).

Complete the guide below as you upload content to your eportfolio. When you
complete a category, share it with a classmate and receive feedback on this form. After
all six categories are finished turn this form in to your teacher for feedback.
