PSALM recognizes that the training and development of its human resource are
investment strategies for individual and organizational success. PSALM commits to
provide systems and resources to meet the training and development need of its
employees, to fulfill organizational skills requirements, and to provide individuals
with career growth opportunities.

The Corporation implements skills enhancement and developmental programs to

ensure the continuous professional growth and career advancement of its
employees. Program includes, among others, leadership and management
training, technical and specialized learning and development programs in areas of
privatization, financial management, valuation, and risk management, among
others.
