Ajay Dewagan, age 40, was referred by Shri Ram Hospital for a CT scan of the head on August 19, 2017. The scan found the infratentorial structures, ventricles, and brain parenchyma to be normal. No extradural or subdural collections, fractures, or intracranial pathology were identified. The impression was that there was no evidence of focal parenchymal disease or space occupying lesions.
