The CT scan of 22-year-old female Jyoti's paranasal sinuses from August 28, 2017 showed that her maxillary, ethmoid, sphenoid and frontal sinuses were clear with no mucosal thickening, fluid collection or bony destruction. Her osteomeatal complexes and nasal turbinates appeared normal except for a deviated nasal septum toward the left and a pneumatized left middle nasal turbinate. No masses were seen in the nasopharynx or nasal cavity. The radiologist's opinion was of a deviated nasal septum and concha bullosa of the left nasal turbinate, with no other abnormalities detected.
