2017 SUMMER MUSIC CAMPS IN SONGWRITING, RECORDING, ROCK, JAZZ, BLUES, BLUEGRASS
RECORDING ARTISTS & PRODUCERS SHARE KNOWLEDGE IN NEW STATE OF THE ART STUDIO

Salt Lake City, UT - MusicGarage.Orgs Summer Camps have brought hundreds of musical youth together
each year from five northern Utah Counties since 2009 with a few openings remaining for 2017 music camps:

ROCK, METAL, JAZZ, BLUES AND BLUEGRASS BAND CAMPS (Youth only)
Weeks of June 5, June 12, July 17 - $300/week or $12/hr x 25 hrs
Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 2 pm plus Friday 3 pm - 8 pm for a concert. Five 50-minute
sessions/day.

Songwriting Camp with Julian Moon (All ages)

Monday - Friday, June 19 - 23, 9 am - 2 pm.

Former Warner Brothers Records recording artist Julian Moon will bring her singer
songwriter training, skills and experience to Utah this summer in a five-day, twenty-five
hour fun and intensive Songwriting Camp. Miss Moons acoustic pop writing abilities
gained the attention of Warner Bros. Records in March 2015 when Julian released her
debut album Good Girl,a favorite of ours! $300/week or $12/hr x 25 hrs.

Recording Camps with Dylan Grimm and Steve Auerbach (Youth only)
Monday-Friday, 9 am - 2 pm . Weeks of July 24, July 31 and August 14.

There are two aspects to this camp; the musicians side of the glass and the control
room side of the glass in our studios. This camp is for existing teen bands that want to
record - as well as for teen singer-songwriters or audio engineer/producer teens who
want to learn how to record in our studio using Apple Logic software. $300/week or
$12/hr x 25 hrs. Includes all necessary equipment (or bring yours) in 20 hours of tracking
time plus five hours of mixing time on Friday. Call 801.577.2263 for details.
