Mohan Soni, a 45-year-old male, was referred by Rathi Hospital for a CT scan of the head on August 29, 2017. The scan found a hypodense area in the left parieto-occipital region, consistent with an infarct, but no evidence of fresh bleeding or contrast enhancement. All other areas examined, including the ventricles, cisterns, and cerebellum, appeared normal with no midline shift. Clinical correlation is necessary to evaluate the left parieto-occipital infarct.
