Dear Ms. Artuz:

Every year, Malaban Elementary School participates in the nationwide Brigada Eskwela, as stated in DepEd Order
19, s. 2017. This program allows the public schools to prepare for the incoming school year with the help of the
school and local community. For this year, the program will take place from May 15 to 19, 2017.

To ensure that this program will be successful, we would like to request your participation and contribution from the
said program. We have specified the activities under the program, and the materials needed below:

ACTIVITIES MATERIALS NEEDED

1. Cleaning of the school grounds 1. Cleaning Materials
2. Painting of school walls 2. Paint and/or paint brush
3. Cleaning of classrooms and office 3. Gardening Tools
4. Pruning/trimming of trees around the school 4. Emergency Kits
5. Watering of plants 5. School Supplies for the students and/or
6. Sorting papers and garbage Teachers
7. Fixing of garbage disposal
8. Renovating broken school ceilings
9. Repair of dilapidated chairs
10. Varnishing students chairs and tables
11. Repair of makeshift building

Your institution may choose to participate in any of the mentioned activities, and your contribution may not be
limited to the specified materials. We would also like to coordinate with you the logistics of this partnership that will
be most convenient for your institution.

If your institution would like to participate, you may choose any day of the week of Brigada Eskwela. For more
