Comments

1. Failure to meet minimum 50mm minimum cover above reo bar, exhibit base slab.
2. AQUA recommends resetting reo bars to achieve minimum cover.
3. AQUA Inspected LSS Plumbing and confirm compliance with Tender Documents Plumbing Size &
Puddle flange. 2. AQUA was not provided a pressure test of plumbing to review.
4. 3. Note Plumbing inspected is as per Tender Design LSS Installer requirements may differ from
Tender Design.
5. 4. AQUA to inspect post casting and prior to waterproofing to ensure compliance.
