In the supratentorial region, calcified foci were seen bilaterally in the frontal regions and left parafalx region, with minimal surrounding edema in the left frontal region. The ventricles and cisterns appeared normal with no midline shift. The radiologist's opinion was that the patient had healing and calcified granulomas.

    CT STUDY OF HEAD

    Posterior Fossa

    Cerebellopontine angle and prepontine cisterns are seen normally.

    Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in location.

    Cerebellar parenchyma and brain stem appears to be normal.

    Supratentorial

    Calcified foci are seen in bilateral frontal and left parafalx region.
    Minimal perifocal edema is seen in left high frontal region .

    Basal cisterns are seen normally.

    Third and both lateral ventricles are seen normally.

    No midline shift is seen.

    OPINION:

    HEALING AND CALCIFIED GRANULOMAS.

    Clinical correlation is necessary.
