One of the most memorable days in CEB Toastmasters. The Charter Installation was held on 17 September 2015 at Royal
Ballroom of Grand Monarch, Thalawatugoda, Sri Lanka. Chief Guest Additional General Manager, Corporate Strategy Division,
CEB, Eng. Bandula Tilakasena, Former General Manger of Ceylon Electricity Board, Eng. Shavindranath Fernando, Guest of Honor
DTM Sudash Liyanage, DTM Ajantha Jayawardane, DTM Noorul Munawwara, DTM Padmini Samarasinghe, TM Padmajith
Jinadasa,TM Bandula Perera, and other distinguished guests enlightened the evening with their presence. Charter officers were
installed by DTM Padmini Samarasinghe and the lovely music made the evening more entertaining.

Editors Corner
It has been a promising and challenging start for the CEB Toastmasters. While electrifying a nation with devotion, we have done our
first speech and started the journey of electrifying great personalities with Toastmasters International. In this journey, we promise to
keep our team spirit up and achieve all the goals in a supportive and positive environment while helping others on the way. We
would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the Toastmasters and CEB officials who helped, guided and spent their valuable
time with us to make everything successful so far. In coming years we will do our best to put the name CEB Toastmasters on top
