The study of OB seems to help organization managers however, I currently function below the level of

manager in my organization, how can studying OB be useful to lower level employees?

Organizational behaviour is the study of both group and individual performance and activity within an
organization. Many organizations can attest to the fact that organizational behaviour is a part of their
everyday activities, I am currently working under a managerial post. Every day I experience different
situations, and many of those deal with communicating messages to my manager. Studying this course
has helped me to work efficiently. I can help my manager with some of her daily routines which in
return helps ease the stress build up.

In return, my manager shows appreciation to the help she doesnt hesitate to compensate my efficiency.
I also try to be aware and pass on information to my co-workers so that she can be up-to-date and also
accomplish her duty effectively
