3) GAC have their agent all over the North, South America and Europe as per requirement.
4) It will be one point of contact.
5) GAC required Prefunding 100% which needs to negotiated to 85% and try to settle in FDA

6) GML SERVICES = GAC Management Labour (product one of GAC)
7) This includes spares, crew change and medical door to door services given by GAC.
8) Hub services =(product two of GAC )
9) Which includes all Owners services

Waterfront Maritime Services

10) Water Front is collaboration of SHARAF SHIPPING AND BELINE SHIPPING
11) WATER FRONT shipping will give us the appropriate rate as compares to other agent. Need to
get in contact with water front shipping company.
12) Waterfront is new in market since 1st April 2017.
13) We can accept good services with low rates.
14) As they are new in market it is possible we will try to convince them for the 80 to 85% of
funding for the services.

HOW TO DEAL WITH PORT AGENT

1) We need to decide the port agent and also get quotation of this company.
2) We already have S5 rate sheet so we need to take out the best rates between S5 and agent
we are going to approach
3) Then we need to negotiate with the agent e.g Waterfront Maritime services for the Agency
Fee.
4) If all cost and services are as per Reesen marine requirement.
5) Need to do agreement between agent and Reesen Marine.
6) Agreement will include one point of contact with agent and services time to time etc.
