V. Course Description
This course is a systematic training in correct thinking. It embraces the study of the rules for correctness in the three operations of the mind: (1) Simple
Apprehension, whereby ideas are formed; (2) Judgment, whereby propositions are compared, and (3) Reasoning, whereby induction and syllogisms are formed.
This course also includes the study of the fallacies as well as the essentials of symbolic logic.
