Fire SLCPD cop Jeff Payne!
Rally at the public safety building Sat. Sept. 2

It seems that when SLCPD isnt bullying homeless Utahns or shooting people in the streets, theyre
assaulting nurses who have the moral fortitude to stand up to a renegade cop.

Detective Jeff Payne committed an egregious assault on the defenseless Wubbels because she followed
a policy that the department itself agreed to, a policy meant to protect the rights of people who are
completely unconscious and cant make decisions for themselves.

Payne is clearly incapable of even basic moral reasoning, and he must be fired.

There is no ambiguity here its there on video for everyone to see. Thats why UAPB has pushed hard
for city leaders to adopt a policy of releasing bodycam footage within 48 hours instead of hiding it
like they are doing in the recent police killing of Patrick Harmon.

We demand SLCPD fire Payne immediately. And were going to let the department know on Saturday,
Sept. 2 at 6 p.m.
