The Departmental Promotion Committee constituted vide G.O. 2" cited have recommended the fit’ and eligible Superintendents for the Panel Year 2016-2017 for temporary promotion/appointment by transfer to the post of Non Technical Personal Assistant duly verifying personal files of the individuals etc., 2. Under Rule 10(a) (i) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996 and subject to the Conditions laid down in the General Rule 10(c) and (e) of A.P, State and Subordinate Service Rules of 1996, Sri G.M.Venkata Subba Rao, (D.8.15.05.1960), Superintendent presently working in 0/0 Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle No.3, Kadapa is hereby appointed by tyansfer on temporary basis as Non Technical Personal Assistant and posted to Office of the Superintending Engineer, Irrigation Circle, Chittoor in the existing vacancy, in the time scale of pay of Rs. 37,100 - 1030 ~ 39160-1110-42490-1190-46060-1270-49870-1360-53950- 1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160- 91,450. 2, The promotion ordered in Para 1 above is purely temporary and subject to reversion at any time without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof and subject to ‘outcome of final judgment if any. The promotions are also subject to the final outcome of the proposed inclusion of Non Technical Personal Assistant post in the 3" Schedule of the Presidential order. 3. As per sub rule (b) of rule 11 of A.P.S, &S.S. Rules, 1996 substituted in G.0.Ms. No. 145 GA(Ser.D) Dept, dated 15.06.2004, he shall join duty in the post of N.T.P.A. within 15 days from the date of issue of this orders. IF he fails to join duty In the new post of N.T.P.A. within the stipulated period of 25 days or evades to join duty in the new post by proceeding an leave, he shall forego the promotion right / offer for a period of 1 year and his name shall be considered for promotion again after a period of 1 year from the date of offer of the promotion, subject to availability of vacancy and eligibility. 4. AS per para 4 of Govt.
