JOURNAL ASSIGNMENT

Journal writing is special assignment mandatory in this course. It is worth 10% of the students final
grade. There are some instructions to follow when writing a journal. These are:

1. When students engage in this type of writing, theyre not given a specific subject to write on.
They can refer to a journal for possible topics. The first thing a student should do to begin this
assignment is buying a small notebook and writing in it for a few minutes every day. In this
class the student is required to write ten (10) journals on their particular subject. The student
will select the particular days of the week to write. Write in your journal for a few minutes
on the days that you selected.

2. The student will end up with a total of ten (10) journal writings. Each journal is worth ten (10)
points that will add to 100 points.

3. Use the time to write about anything you want. For example, you could write about the
events of your day, the people you met or talked to, or your reaction to something that you
heard, read, or saw.

4. Use your journal as a record of your daily thoughts and activities, as a means of self-
expression, or as a way of understanding yourself better. No matter what your original
reason for keeping a journal, you will find it a valuable source of material in your future
writing and thinking.

5. Good Luck and Enjoy the Ride Through Writing.
