Financial Reconciliation for Lazada Merchants

Each reconciliation cycle will cover a period of 14 days

Seller payments will be based on delivered items

The net amount due (Item price less commission,

payment fee, shipping fee, returns, and penalties) will be
transferred to the merchant on the third day after the
end of the cycle

The merchant will receive a summary of this amount via

Seller Center

The merchant should be aware that there will be flat

penalty fee of 15 SGD/order charged to the merchant in
the following cases:
Returns due to defective/faulty item
Returns due to wrong item sent
Merchant cancellation (when it is the merchants fault)
Merchant delay of > 24 hours from order confirmation
Wrong waybill used for delivery
