approved budget Activity No. 2 Goal no. 7 Strategy No. 2. The stipulated amount is from our
budget of Repairs and Maintenance of Instruments. The full amount is payable to Mr. Felix P.
Velez.

Attached herewith are the quotations of instruments to be repaired.
