1.1 The Bidder should have been operating and maintaining
a single SCADA project of minimum 5 crores
successfully in last the past 3 (years) years for energy
sector The completion report and performance
certificate shall be submitted.
Clarifications from Tata projects Ltd.
TATA Projects has so far only implemented/ installed
SCADA system across Power plant. There was no O&M
phase in the same. However the O&M phase is a part of
a currently undergoing project. Request you to please
consider Implementation/installation of SCADA system
experience as a part of your eligibility criteria.

1.2 Approximate per Feeder Load for Designing of SCADA

Panel.

1.3 SCADA Panel should be Single Phase or Three Phase?

1.4 Please share PMC Survey report of Each Feeder along

with Location of Each Feeder
1.5 On Page No. 21, of Tender Document, It is mentioned,
it should be able to display the power failure details of
a particular switching point and the relevant luminaires,
as this tender is for SCADA Panels only, and it is not
possible to display power failure of relevant Luminaires,
Please clarify.

1.6 On Page No. 21, of Tender Document, It is mentioned,

it should be able to track the failure of lampsin a
particular switching point.As this tender is for SCADA
Panels only, and it is not possible to track individual
lamps failure,Please clarify.

1.7 On Page No. 22, of Tender Document, It is

mentionedNumber of operational &Non-operational
lights,as this tender is for SCADA Panels only, and it is
not possible to track Operational & Non Operational
Lamps,Please clarify.

mechanism and in case of failure, Bidder to ensure
resumption of service within 24 hours, Please Clarify

mentioned,System to report Jamming/ hacking
attempts and maintain status-quo in case of Jamming/
hacking attempts i.e. if lights are ON, they should
remain ON till the default OFF time recorded in the
system. In case lights are OFF at the time of Jamming
attempt/ hacking, lights should remain OFF till default
ON time recorded in the system. Please Clarify
Jamming/Hacking.

1.10 On Page 23, Point C, It is mentionedDimming

functionality, Please Clarify.

2) Philips lighting India Ltd.

2.1 Completing the survey of all the 1000 Feeder pillars,
installing & maintaining would not
be possible in given time period of 4 months. This
should be extended to at feast 6
months excluding monsoon period.

2.2 Eligibility criteria Since the project is of Street

lighting & LED street lights are to be
controlled, we request PMC to consider the experience
relevant to Street lighting only.
We would request you to consider OEMs for the same

pay the bidder extra amount on the basis of unit rates
offered in the tender.

also have LV S/G too?
2.10 Tender submission date needs to be extended by at
least 3-4 weeks as we have to do
relevant survey too, enabling us to bid for same.
