Dear Sister,

Christs Peace be with you!

We, the CFC Youth for Christ of Central One (Calamba), would like to request your
school to allow us to conduct a Covenant Orientation for your high school students
who had graduated in the youth camp held also in your school last Nov. 26-27, 2011.

In this regard, we are seeking your permission to use the school covered court as well
as three(3) classrooms for the said event which will run from 8:00AM until 4:00PM of
Feb. 11, 2012(Saturday). We are requesting also the use of comfort rooms on the
above date and time. There would be Couples for Christ Coordinators who will
monitor the activities during the whole duration of this youth camp to ensure that
there would be no damage/loss made to the school properties in the covered court
and in the classrooms.

We would also ask for a registration fee of Php20 from each participant to cover the
merienda and other needs during the said covenant orientation. We will be the one
to provide the lunch since we still have enough rice and canned goods during the last
youth camp.
