Re: Operational Guidelines re Burial of FPFEM at Libingan Ng Mga
Bayani

DATE : November 19, 2016

1. Reference:

a. Undated memorandum from DRDO, NCRPO received by this Office on

November 18, 2016 with same as above; and
b. Memorandum from TADO dated November 18, 2016 with the same subject
as above.

2. This pertains to the burial of the late FPFEM at the LNMB after the Supreme
Court ruled favorably on the issue.

3. In connection with the above subject and reference, please be informed that on
November 18, 2016 at about 12:00 AM, thirty-five (35) Navotas City Police Station
personnel led by PSINSP PATRICK R ALVARADO and PINSP EMELGIE R OLLOS
reported at NPD Headquarters for accounting of personnel.

4. At exactly 2:00 AM, November 18, 2016, CDM contingents from this Station
arrived in Philippine Army Grandstand, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City and took part of the final
briefing and accounting of personnel that transpired at exactly 3:00 AM of the same day.
Peace and order of the areas surrounding the Libingan Ng Mga Bayani is maintained
throughout the burial of FPFEM.
 6. The activity successfully ended at about 3:00 PM, October 18, 2016, with no
untoward incident happened.
