ABANDONMENT PLAN
In the event of abandonment of the (name of the building), the following activities will
be undertaken;

1. Permits from the Municipal Building Officials of Zamboanga City, will be secured for the
demolition of the structures;
2. All equipment installed at the site will be removed and delivered to the nearest storage
area for repair / reconditioning / reuse or disposed;
3. Structures built within the premises will be demolished;
4. Debris / demolished materials will be properly disposed;
5. Area will be fence / enclosed.
