Findings:
Liver parenchyma presents normal homogenous echo pattern with no focal
lesions. No intra-hepatic biliary duct dilatation. Normal caliber of the portal
vein, mildly enlarged in size 17.7 cm.
Gall bladder Folded empty GB with suspected anterior wall 3 mm polyp.
Thin walls. No stones could be visualized. No masses. No mud Normal common
bile duct
Spleen: Is within normal size, shape, Normal homogenous echo- pattern, No
focal Masses. No calcifications. Normal splenic vein.
Pancreatic homogenous echo pattern with no focal lesions.
Both kidneys are within normal site, size, shape, position, contour,
Normal homogenous echo-pattern. No focal masses No cystic
changes. Normal sinus echo shadows. No backpressure changes.
Urinary Bladder. Is within normal shape, contour, Smooth regular
surface. No masses. No stones.
Prostate.Is within normal shape, contour, Normal homogenous
echo pattern with no calcifications. Normal enlarged in size 33
gm
No Ascites, no enlarged para-aortic lymph nodes.
