This week we focused on the letter Aa. The alphabet cheer

In math we are working on counting and numbers. Your Oct. 11: 1:00 Dismissal

number of fingers when counting. We also focused on Oct. 31: Halloween
recognizing numbers 1-5. At home you can show your child a
number (1-5) and have your child say the number and count
showing fingers.

Please have your child practice writing his/her name with a

capital letter at the beginning and the rest small letters.

In our first writing unit, we are learning how to tell stories. We have learned that
when we tell stories we are the speaker and we need to use a loud voice that
everyone can hear. Please ask your child to tell you a story about something he/she
knows a lot about.
