ADELAIDA A. DIMARANAN and residing at Brgy Asis II,Mendez, Cavite, after
being duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state: That---

1. That I own the total aggregate landholdings including the

area of 39984 Square meters ; That I acquired that property
from my parents;

2. That a I have no other aggregate area of landholding in

the entire Philippines;

3. That this Affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR

Administrative Order No. 1, series of 2007 as will as to the
proof that our total aggregate landholding inclusive of the land
subject of the above mentioned transaction does not exceed
five (5) hectares;
