TITLE: Self-Esteem/Self-Confidence (Leadership)


OBJECTIVE: By the end of this group, participants will identify the difference between a low and a high
self-esteem and how to make improvements.
HRS: 1 Hour
MATERIALS: Magic wand, index cards, activity sheets, pens and pencils.

Self-Image Activity Youth will complete
an activity sheet about their self-esteem
and things they would like to
ACTIVITY change/improve.
35 MINS Improving your Self-Confidence Youth
will complete a worksheet about ways to
improve their self-image by reading
different scenarios and answering
questions.
Facilitator will recap important or the most
talked about topics with the group before
dismissal.
