Just found new products at Lebanon Circle Web Site that caught my attention: His compendium of Bizarre Magic.
For those who like to build their own props this collection seems to be a winner.
Already placed my order and I'm waiting to receive my PDF le by e-mail.
I will let you know my comments once I read it.

Please do. I have the Spirit Cell pdf already and think its a nice idea but just not for me personally. However, the Ghost in the Machine
plans might be well worth my money.

Ok, I received my copy this weekend and after reading it, let me give you my comments:

First effect is Ghost in the Machine: How to communicate with the dead. LC came with an effective solution to build this machine.
Denitely I will make one. With only few components you can build it.
It includes detailed information on how to make and operate the effect.
Inner circle You can allow the people to examine the machine and they will never nd how it works, oh yes. The routines for this effect are great

This effect alone makes it worth the purchase of the e-book.

The second part is a set of 12 Pseudo Psychokinetic and Telekinesis effects:

Effect 1: Psychokinetic with coins, more oriented for Britishs coins but can be adapted for currency from other countries. The routine
is pretty good.
Effect 2: Psychokinetic with a match; a good method used before to light my ghost candle.
Effect 3: Shows how to make electric-electronic equipment turn on/off without touching them. Its a nice way to generate poltergeist
activity. Its so innocent
Effect 4: Learn how to magnetize silverware, easy set up. Im thinking to combine it with a bending routine.
Effect 5: Make an Ouija move as your desire, Nobody is touching the board or planchette; it uses an simple method.
Effect 6: Explains a method to make a compass spin and point where you want. Good addition to continue showing your mental
powers.
Effect 7: Its a haunted deck effect done in another way.
Effect 8: Using same idea from effect 2, you make a bone from a real animal jump back to life; its funny and could be used as a gag.
Effect 9: Its a coin vanish effect ala Raven but different. LC shows details to construct the gimmick and its use.
Effect 10: Learn how to temporally stop a watch from a spectator. I feel some risk to perform it but you never know when you need it.
Effect 11: You will be able to construct and make spin a metal wheel with an easy method. Its a simple mental test.
Effect 12: Explains the construction and use of a "magnetized Pencil". This simple idea can fool anyone if performed correctly.
Remember, a routine is included for every effect.
I found valuable information in these effects and will implement some of them.
The idea of these effects is to perform them in a sance session.

The third one is Psychometry: An interesting effect where you will be able to identify the owner of a small personal item previously
placed in an envelope. I like this one too, an effective way to peek. Its more a mentalism routine that can be adapted. It plays for
Parlor or Stage with the participation of 12 spectators or more.

The fourth is a Guide to Fake Spirit Photography: Shows you how easy it is to trick pictures; you can create poltergeist and sance
evidence like orbs, vortices or ectoplasm. With these methods you don't need expensive photo editing software or cameras.

The fth Effect is The Spirit Cell: You will need more technology items to build it but its not difcult at all. You can use this effect for
an ESP or EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) experiment to attempt to communicate with the dead.
LC explains in detail the construction of the effect and different kinds of applications. Particularly Im interested to build and used it in
a non-sance application; It is so good.
The routines from this effect need more preparation and requirements, but you dont need a stooge to perform it. This Effect is a good
add for those who like to communicate with the dead using an electric/electronic device like a radio, TV or similar.

Conclusion:
The document explains in detail with templates, plans and pictures how to build each effect.
With basic skills (wood cutting, electric/electronics) you can build them.
The document includes a detail supply list. Even though the supplies shown in the document are from UK and European companies, I
was able to nd similar ones in the USA. Almost forget to tell you how cheap it is to build them too.
There is too much information in the compendium that you can create a complete sance show with the information included.
There's something for everyone here.
I highly recommend it.
For those who like LC effects, dont forget to use the discount vouchers included.

After picking this up, I agree the Ghost in the Machine was worth the price of the e-book. I will make one also.

The Ghost in the Machine is actually a box used to "communicate with the dead using electromagnetic energy". A seance type effect.
Dan built these by hand and sold them along with a couple of routines. It is easy to make and very inexpensive to build with the plans.

corner. There are 23 pictures in the set. Just click one to enlarge it. You can also see pictures of two of his other discontinued effects

I'd already looked at Dan's website but had not seen the extra archive pics, so thanks for that.

I was really wondering how it plays i.e. does it "communicate" say by buzzing, so one for yes two for no or however... Still, I might just

Very workable effects and well detailed, easy to build construction plans that I'm denitely gonna use. There's little to add to
Mind_Magic's excellent review above except to say once again that this really is a gem.
