5 SITE DATA
6 LOADINGS
The relief valves tail pipes shall be designed such that heat radiation, in case of
relief valve fire, is not greater than 32 kW/m.
01.02
8 INSULATION CRITERIA
The maximum boil-off rate shall not exceed 0.05% per day of the gross tank liquid
content, based on pure methane, constant pressure, maximum ambient
temperature and maximum solar radiation.
9 HYDROTEST
Inner tank shall be hydrotested with fresh water.
11 MISCELLANEOUS
11.3 LIFT
The Subcontractor shall provide a 500 kg payload lift. It shall give access from the
grade level, to the peripheral gangway at the top of the wall and to the pump
platform. The lift shall be explosion proof, and approved for personal use.

Capacity
LALL
Net working capacity = volume between normal maximum operating level and
normal minimum operating level at operating temperature.
01.02
Height between top of shell and maximum design level is determined by the
minimum freeboard according to code or the accommodation of the sloshing wave
height in OBE and SSE.
The volume between LAH and LAHH corresponds to 5 minutes at maximum filling
rate.
The volume between LAL and LALL corresponds to 5 minutes at maximum send
out rate.
