Terms & Conditions

The contest has 3 parts :

Contest Eligibility

Part 1 The Big Pitch First Year MBA/ PGDM students only
Part 2 Social Media Champion First Year MBA/ PGDM students only
First & Second Year MBA/ PGDM
Part 3 Tweet-a-Thon
students

Part 1 : The Big Pitch

Registrations open on August 4, 2017.


Students can register ONLY in teams of 2
To register, participants have to like the Aviva Facebook Page
(https://www.facebook.com/AvivaIndia/) and follow Aviva India on Twitter
(@AvivaIndia). Post this, teams need to send team details to their
Placement Committees (Team Name, Participant Names, Email IDs,
Function Preference for internship) who will collate and share with Aviva.
Students should send their final entries to their Placement Committees,
who will collate and share with Aviva.

THE BIG PITCH
Participating teams need to select one of the following three Aviva
products and prepare a pitch for the product. The pitch must detail the
benefits of the product in a witty and innovative manner. Candidates are
free to choose any format they want

Video/ Audio (1-2 mins) Poster

Infographic Comic Strip

Any other Creative format teams may want to use

The 3 products to choose from:

Aviva Wealth Builder

The pitch then needs to be shared on the participants Facebook timeline


with the following hashtags #TheNextBigIdea2 #AvivaIndia. The participant
needs to tag the Aviva India Facebook Page (@Avivaindia)

Avivas decision on winners will be final.

THE BIG PITCH

Part 2 : Social Media Champion

To be a part of the Social Media Champion contest, participants need to


share their entry for The Big Pitch (video/audio/poster/infographic/comic
strip/etc) on their Facebook timeline with the following hashtags
#TheNextBigIdea2 #AvivaIndia and tag the Aviva India Facebook Page
(@Avivaindia)
Participants need to garner likes & shares for their Facebook post.
Prizes :
The participant getting maximum cumulative number of likes & shares
will be the Social Media Champion

Social Media Champion INR 30000

In case of a tie, the participant with higher number of shares will be


adjudged as the winner.
Participants needs to share a screenshot of their post wherein the number
of likes and shares is clearly visible. The respective placement teams will
share all entries from the campus with Aviva.
NOTE: This is an individual award.

Part 3 : Tweet-a-Thon
Aviva Tweet-a-thon contest is open to both First Year and Second Year
PGDM/MBA students.
The twitter contest will be run for a 5 day period starting at 4.00 PM on
Sunday, August 6.
The contest has 2 parts :

- Individual Winners (25)


- Campus Trophy
The participants need to tweet about any/all of the below mentioned
products

Aviva Wealth Builder


The tweet could be a pitch for the product, what you loved most about the
product, why should one buy the product, a witty one-liner about the
product feature(s) or anything else you want to say about the product.
NOTE : A participant can tweet any number of times during the 5 day
period
IMPORTANT: To be considered for the competition, each tweet needs to
have the following 2 hashtags:
1. #AvivaIndia
2. The second hashtag is basis the campus you represent and has to
be selected from below options:

Individual - 25 of the wittiest & most innovative tweets will get retweeted by
our Chief People Officer, Mr. Amit Malik and win the following prizes
Aviva Goodie Bag Amazon Voucher
Campus Trophy - The campus which has the maximum tweets/retweets
with the above mentioned 2 hashtags till 10.00 PM on Friday, August 11
will be adjudged as the Campus Winner and will be awarded a trophy
