METHODOLOGY

PERSONAL INTERVIEWS:

Interviews constitute one of the best of ways of collecting primary data. Hence some

informations and clarification processed in this report is by this method. Specifically other

departmental units and sections which I was not assigned.

PARTICIPATION AND OBSERVATION

Through works assigned to me in the departments I was assigned to and my personal

observations enable me to come out with the needed information for this report.

SECONDARY DATA

With the help of the official companys websites of Japan Motors assisted me in gathering

some existing necessary information about the history, mission and vision statement of

company in this report.
