SCHEDULE
12:15 School dismissed
12:45 After lunch - GRAMMAR CARS move your car to church parking lot
Set up teacher booth TABLES (go to the gym to grab your table, sign, & ticket container)
2:00 Vendor booth setup is available
2:30 Student Helpers go to the gym
3:30 Booth set-up deadline. Be ready for customers
4:00 Family Fun Fair BEGINS
7:00 Family Fun Fair OVER return your table & ticket box to the gym. CLEANUP
Mandatory Event (All faculty members are required to participate). Wear: black staff polo shirt.
This is a school-wide fundraiser benefiting the school on a whole.
Max 3 faculty members per activity (except for water balloons)
Must collect paid tickets for your activity/booth. It is a fundraiser
You are responsible for all supplies needed for your activity.
Get to know your room parents! Ask your room parents to help with donations for prizes and supplies.
You will be setting up your booth and breaking it down at the event. Use tables from the gym.
A ticket container and sign will be provided to you. Please return the undamaged ticket container after
the event with your table to the gym.
Who is not signed up to do something? We all have a role at the Founders Family Fun Fair.
