LESSON PLAN

Activity 1: (introduction) interaction pattern: T S; S T / time: 15

T greets children and introduces herself.

Ask Ss to introduce themselves.

Talk about the way of learning, teaching and grading Ss till the end of the school year.

Activity 2: interaction pattern: T S; / time: 10

Revise the greeting phrases Hello / Good morning / good afternoon, Im ., Whats your name? Im a boy / a girl.
Ss repeat the phrases. Then they practice with their pairs.

Activity 3: interaction pattern: T S; / time: 5

Revise the school vocabulary: a book, bag, school, teacher, classroom, pencil, notebook.
Show Ss flashcards and they answer the question What is it? Ss answer the questions It is .

Activity 4: interaction pattern: T S; / time: 5

Revise numbers to 12. Use school things to practice numbers.

Activity 5: interaction pattern: S; S S / time: 5

Handout worksheets and Ss count the school things. They check in pairs then with the whole class.
