Information System (GAPPAIS)

1. Logging In
a. Go to ARDIS main page (http://auditsystems.coa.gov.ph/ARDIS_BETA/ARDIS/ )
Modules of ARDIS will be shown.
b. Select GAPPAIS (Government Agencies Project Program Activity Information System)
c. Login using your account
d. The landing page of GAPPAIS will be shown upon successful login.
2. Contractors / Suppliers
a. On the sidebar, go to Setup > Contractors / Suppliers
The form of Contractors / Suppliers will be shown
b. To Add New Contractors / Suppliers, Select the options up to Agency
c. Click the ADD button and provide the following info
Contractors / Suppliers
Name (Create your own)
Description (Any Description)

d. Click SAVE button

3. Project
a. On the sidebar, go to Transactions > Projects
The form of Projects will be shown
b. To Add New PPA Record, Select the options up to Agency
c. Click the ADD button and provide the following info

PPA
Name Gaya-Gaya Bridge
Type On-Going Projects
Location Gaya-gaya, Novaliches, San Jose del Monte City,
Bulacan, Philippines
Description Construction of Bridge for Gaya-gaya, Novaliches,
San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan, Philippines
Mode Public Bidding
Funding Source Regular Agency Fund - General Fund - New General
Appropriations - Specific Budgets of National

a. On the list of PPA
Find the PPA you created and click the View Details button, the form will be shown.
b. Input the following details of PPA
