Before returning, go to the calendar on my website to obtain assignments. Print out
any necessary worksheets or come by my classroom to get them. If the website says,

Remember that you are responsible for any assignment announced prior to your
absence upon your return. You will have one day per absence day to complete your

Late Work:
Late work is defined as any assignment that is not submitted, completed, on the due
date and class period with the exception of make-up work for absences or approved
school activities.
A 20% deduction from the total grade from the total grade earned will be taken for
late assignments.
Late assignments will be accepted until a summative assessment over the material
has been given or within a three-week grading period.
Extenuating circumstances may occur that prevent the completion and turning in of
assignments on the due date but it is the parent/guardian and/or students
responsibility to inform the teacher. When this occurs an exception to the rule may or
may not be granted. The teacher and/or appropriate administrator shall have the
authority to render a final decision.
